Really nice, sorry for the pun. So how does it work? For normal semi-auto fire, make sure the push button type selector is pushed all the way to the left to go from the left side to the right side. For Rock n' Roll/Full Auto, simply press the button from left to right so that the button is on the right side all the way out. Just like the FSSG, the STS arm replacement Glock stock selector switch replaces the standard Glock stock and is just as easy to swap from one Glock to another. The first video (top video) is my second attempt at fully auto firing the STS Arms breech-mounted G22 pistol after getting used to its shooting characteristics. () - A small illegal device used in mass shootings across the United States is now making its rounds in Alabama cities. This is called an auto-scroll but is most commonly known as a Glock switch. It turns the Glock handgun, a popular semi-automatic weapon, into a machine gun.

They are smaller than a quarter of Glock switches, cheap and undemanding. So much so that Birmingham police didn't realize what they were seeing when the first switch-equipped guns appeared in the city.
"We knew when we originally saw them that the gun looked different than what it was made to look, so we started making inquiries with the ATF," explained BPD Chief Scott Thurmond. "I'm shocked because this is a huge threat to our community."
The device fits on the back of the Glock and allows the user to switch between semi-auto and full-auto. When engaged, the switch overrides the trigger mechanism and acts as a machine gun.
"Every time he pulls the trigger, he fires more shots," added Ashley Lightner, ATF special agent in charge of the agency's Alabama affairs. "It can fire at a rate of eleven to twelve hundred rounds per minute. It is very dangerous to innocent bystanders. It is not an accurate weapon."

Lightner, ATF agents and local officers demonstrated firepower at a local shooting range. With the Glock 17, the pros fired fifteen rounds from the semi-automatic weapon and repeated it with the Glock switch.
With the Glock's switch, it took just over a second to eject those rounds, compared to about six seconds with the semi-auto.
"There's no control, they're just spraying everywhere," Thurmond said. "This is not targeted shooting, and as a result, many innocent people may be injured as a result of its use."
"If they're inaccurate, the concern is that if someone is trying to shoot another person, there's a good chance there's an innocent bystander nearby, and there's a good chance they're going to get shot." Lightner said. "And we've seen too much of that in our community and across the country."

BPD started seeing Glock switches in Birmingham about a year ago. The ATF confirms that the frequency has increased in the Southeast over the past three months.
"We hear it regularly on ShotSpotter, so we know it's in our town," Thurmond added.
ShotSpotter is a police tool that tracks shootings across the city. BPD has released footage from a recent ShotSpotter report where they say a Glock switch is being used. We clearly heard 26 shots within seconds.
Earlier this year, BPD recovered a Glock switch during an officer-involved shooting. While they haven't directly encountered this fire, it's changing the way officials work.

"To see that in a handgun, something that can be concealed in someone's pocket or in a waistband or anywhere that can fire a lot of shots very quickly is disturbing," Thurmond said.
According to the ATF, most of the devices come from abroad or are made at home, so they are easy to find.
"Pretty simple," Lightner admitted. "You can get them on the street. In the last couple of years, we've seen prices online for $15 to $30, and recently it's gone up to $150 online, and they've become popular here. You can probably get them on the streets.
